jillypoet: mom trying to write

A Poem from My Husband, Away at School--Obviously, He Rocks (Today...)

Roses are red
Violets are blue
Your hair is awesome
and so are you.

i'm laughing out loud at this. you are the only person i don't feel shallow talking about hair with. you understand its importance. and clearly your husband has caught on and knows how to say exactly the right thing.

this is a treasure. :)

p.s. your hair is fabulous.

p.p.s. i had to make a hair decision without you last week and got rid of the black and went back to red. but not as bright. dark-ish.

Forgive me, friend. I read your email but did not respond in a timely manner. And hair color is a serious matter. I hope you can forgive me, and I hope all is well with your locks.
